Our Family Health Mastery program is designed for parents who want structure, support, and practical strategies to build healthier routines for the whole household. Together, we’ll explore simple adjustments that make meals more nourishing, establish wellness habits that fit into busy family life, and find creative ways to support even the pickiest eaters. While every family is unique, many parents have shared that this program not only improved health but also brought everyone closer together. Included in the price is: - 16 group health coaching sessions for family of up to four (two adults and two minors) - 16 check-ins to adapt family diet and lifestyle protocols as well as ongoing accountability - Up to 4 Individual protocols and recommendations - Bloodwork analysis* - Medical history review* - Supplement recommendations* *These can be split between 2 adults over age 21; cannot be used for minors Not included: - Functional testing - Functional test reassessment protocol and analysis

Scheduling Policy

Complimentary Consultation:

There’s no cancellation fee! We understand that life happens. We just kindly ask that you let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel. This helps us open up the time slot for someone else who may be waiting.

Paid Services:

We understand that life happens so there is no reschedule fee. However, due to the program sessions and check-in scheduling only 1 coaching session can be rescheduled to another day the same week. after 2 cancellations there is a $50 fee. At least 24 hours advance notice is required for rescheduling. This helps us open up the time slot for someone else who may be waiting.

All services and programs are nonrefundable and considered final sale; your program begins on the date of purchase. Price does not include testing and supplements.
